Thank you very much for taking SP 752 Group Decision-Making (Organizational Communication) class. Social constructionists said that organizations are not a fixed entity; rather they are a kind of "variable" and "flexible" organism, continually constructed and modified by interactions among its members.
I would like make this course something enjoyable. I also want to lead this course to be very informative and supportive. These two paradoxical(?) motivations request your enthusiastic participation. With your help and my endeavor, I am sure that this course should be something fruitful!
